RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Tulo Baby

At Tulo Baby, every product is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed. Due to the nature of baby essentials and personalised products, we follow a strict but transparent return policy.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Tulo Baby ships pan-India through reliable third-party logistics partners.
All shipping and delivery timelines are subject to the terms, serviceability, and conditions of the respective courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:
📦 9–15 working days from order confirmation.


NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

🚫 NESTO PAD & ACCESSORIES

  • Nesto Pad

  • Any Nesto Pad accessories

No returns or refunds are accepted for these products.
Exchange is permitted only in the rare case of transit damage, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/video proof.

Please ensure you review product size, specifications, and usage details carefully before placing your order. Returns due to sizing issues or change of mind will not be accepted.


🚫 PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

All personalised items (including products with baby names, custom embroidery, or bespoke detailing) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


🚫 OTHER NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards

  • Gifted items

  • Personalised gift boxes

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance


ELIGIBLE RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

For products eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours - 48 hours of delivery

Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos of the product

  • Outer packaging photos

Our team will assess and guide you on the next steps.


RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return (where applicable), please contact our support team:

Once approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged (domestic orders only)

  • The product must pass a quality check upon arrival at our warehouse

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection


REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 10– 20 working days after the product is received and verified at our warehouse, the return of products to the warehouse is a slow transit process.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Free return shipping is available for domestic orders only, where returns are applicable

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or free reverse pickup
